Pricing and packages
I have worked with many different clients in different budget ranges over my years in the wedding industry, and I have found that it’s a much easier process when my clients are educated on floral costs, and know what to expect. I am based out of Tennessee, but I also work in Montana (and other destinations), as requested! With this in mind, my budget minimums in 2025 are as follows:
Tennessee: $6,500 budget minimum
Montana/other destinations: $8,000 budget minimum
1
The Signature Statement
The most sought-after items include personal flowers, light aisle flowers, a light ceremony arch or ceremony structure embellishment, and reception table designs with candles included. Other popular items include bar arrangements, cocktail arrangements and a simple welcome/seating chart/escort display.

This is typical for guest counts averaging 100-150.

For this overall look, I recommend budgeting $7,000 - $11,000.

The Premium Look
This option is great for couples working with a blank slate venue or looking to create a fully custom, large scale floral design. This typically includes lush aisle meadows, a large full ceremony backdrop (i.e. an arch, grounded meadow, broken arch or other installation pieces), medium-large reception table designs, tent embellishments, overhead reception installations, multiple large installations, or other premium details.
This requires a team of highly skilled designers and installers for efficient design and setup.
For this style and scale, as well as guest counts exceeding 200, I recommend a starting budget of $11,000.
Behind the Blooms
Maegan Ferguson
I’m a Tennessee girl, born and raised on the outskirts of Nashville. I got my degree in interior design, but after college and a six month internship, I needed to take a break from interior design. I ended up working in the wedding industry and found out I have a passion for floral design, which has led me to build my own business like I have always dreamed of doing.
