You didn't choose a Montana wedding because it was easy or conventional. You chose it because something about the mountains, the sky, the sheer openness of it called to you. You want a wedding that feels as intentional and as breathtaking as the landscape surrounding it — not a generic arrangement that could belong to any ballroom in any city. You want something that feels like it grew here. Something lush and organic and completely, specifically yours.

Finding a destination wedding florist in Montana who understands that — who will travel to your venue, work with Montana's landscape instead of against it, and design something that honors the wildness of where you're getting married — that's the hard part. That's where I come in.

Your wedding florals should honor that choice

You chose Montana for a reason

From our very first conversation, my job  as your Montana florist is to make this easy for you. You share what you love — images, words, a vibe, a feeling you can't quite name — and I ask the questions that turn it into something real. I'm a destination wedding florist based in Nashville and I travel to Montana (and hope to move there one day) because I genuinely love it there. Montana wedding venues have their own energy — the light, the landscape, the way the mountains frame everything differently than any other backdrop. I design with all of that in mind, not around it. Then I handle the sourcing, the design, the travel, the installation, every detail down to the last stem — so that when you walk into the space, all you can do is gasp and maybe even giggle with delight.

I'll take it from there.

02 – Wide Sky

A single space, designed with care, can make people feel something they'll carry with them for years. But there's something specific that happens when I design in a place like Montana. The landscape changes everything — the light, the scale, the way nature is already doing so much of the work. Designing florals that honor that instead of competing with it is one of my favorite creative challenges. I've always loved to travel. Some of my most treasured experiences have been in places far from home — and every place I've been has shaped the way I see beauty and design. Getting to bring that perspective to your wedding as a luxury wedding florist in Montana, is something I don't take for granted.

I believe beauty is intentional & transformative

how it works

Ready to hand me the vision for your Montana wedding florals?

Choose your partner:

When I started The Floral Pop, one of my biggest dreams was to find a way to do the work I love while giving back to the people and ministries that inspire me. So here's how it works: when you book your wedding or event florals in Montana with The Floral Pop, you choose one of our partner organizations — and I donate a percentage of the profits from your florals directly to them. That's your flowers on a mission.

Every organization on this list has been personally chosen by me. These aren't random charities — they're ministries I believe in deeply, doing work that matters far beyond a wedding day. When you book with The Floral Pop, you're not just investing in beautiful florals. You're investing in something bigger. Because your wedding day is one day — but the impact it leaves behind can last a lifetime. Let's design your Montana wedding flowers!

Your wedding does more than you know.

Flowers on a Mission

Because florals are so much more than flowers. Every arrangement you see represents design time, sourcing, labor, transportation, installation, and years of expertise. The blooms themselves are just the beginning. When you invest in custom floral design, you're investing in someone who has thought carefully about every stem, every texture, every detail — and shows up on your wedding day ready to execute it beautifully. I'll always be upfront with you about what your budget can achieve, and where we can be creative to get you the most impact.

Why do floral designs have varying price points?

Full-service means you hand it to me and I take it from there — completely. My team and I handle every floral detail behind the scenes, from sourcing and designing to delivery, setup, and cleanup at the end of the night. You won't be fielding floral questions on your wedding day. I take care of everything so that you and your people can stay completely present — and enjoy every moment of the day you've spent so long planning.

What is full-service floral design?

Montana weddings start at $10,000. That covers the design attention, sourcing, travel, skilled installation, and full-service care your wedding deserves. If you're not sure what that gets you, we can send you a breakdown of what different budgets typically include, or talk through it live with your specific needs in mind.

What is your minimum investment?

As soon as you have your date and venue. The earlier the better! Montana's wedding season is short and summer dates go fast, so most couples reach out 9 to 12 months ahead. That said, if your date is sooner, don't let that stop you from reaching out. I'll always tell you honestly what's available. The worst I can say is that your date is taken — and even then, I might be able to point you toward someone wonderful.

How far in advance should I book?

Absolutely, and Montana is my favorite place to go as a destination wedding florist. I'm based in Nashville and travel regularly to Bozeman, Big Sky, the Flathead Valley, Helena and beyond. Travel is included in your custom proposal, so there are no surprises. Just tell me where and let's start planning.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

It starts with a conversation. Fill out my contact form and tell me about your wedding in Montana — your date, your vision, the feeling you've been dreaming about. From there I'll reach out to set up a consultation where we really get into the details. Following our consultation, you'll receive a fully custom floral proposal — flower selections, arrangement details, and a complete investment breakdown. Once your proposal feels right, a $250 retainer officially holds your date while we move into the design phase together. When your design is refined to perfection, you'll sign your contract and submit your $750 retainer. And just like that — you're officially booked. Then the fun part begins.
